I'll give you a framework.

Ok, So there are 3 categories of things that matter:
What you know (human capital); for example: your major, courses you take, service and work experience, and your GPA
Who you know (social capital) for example: do you know professionals in the field that you are seeking an internship in? (This matters a lot).
Who and what they know (cultural capital) for example: do you know the way they talk and interact with each other? (Yes, this is a thing.)
I will give you insight into all of these things within the program so that you feel confident that you know what it takes to standout to employers.
Assess your current situation
Based on what you now know about what it takes, what and how much capital do you have for the internship you are shooting for? I'll give you tools to help you do this so that you know how strong each of your applications is.
Strategize how to optimize your profile
So now you know what it takes and how strong and weak your profile is --so then what? Well, your profile is optimize-able :) Meaning, those weaker areas can be improved strategically, and the stronger areas of your profile can be highlighted effectively so they stand out.
Great thing is that I will give you strategies in the program and I offer tailored support, so you don't have to do this alone.
Implement the strategies in applications & interviews
You've strategized and you've strengthened the weaker areas of your application, now it is time to implement. How do you locate internships to apply, and how do you apply and interview? I will answer these questions and more in the program to prep you. I will also share internship opportunities regularly.
